The left-bank Warsaw

The Słoneczne Skorosze (Sunny Skorosze) Estate is located at the corner of ul. Skoroszewska and ul. Tomcia Palucha in Ursus. There are five multifamily residential buildings (from 4 to 7 storey). The buildings are equipped with fast lifts and ground garages for passenger cars. Cosy staircases are additional assets of our buildings.

The location is convenient; direct access to the infrastructure, public transportation, schools, and kindergartens.

The Ursus district

Nowadays Ursus is one of the smallest districts of Warsaw; it is 9 square kilometers. It is located on the west of the capital city, 9 km from the city centre. It adjoins the Varsovian districts: Włochy and Bemowo and the suburban communes: Ożarów Mazowiecki, Piastów and Michałowice. Ursus lies at the crossroads of international motorways and railways so it is favourably located.

A bit of history

In the mid-16th century, a part of the area belonged to the Nadarzyński family. In the 17th century, the village belonged to the Falęcki family and in the 18th century, it became a property of bailiff Karczewski. In the early 19th c. Skorosze resided in the Sąchocki family. Later, it was managed by the Mullers, Teodor Andrault, the Hass, the Jungs, the Kuhlens, the Berendts, and the Własows.
