“Szeroka 140” is a closed estate of 61 single-family houses under construction in the Warsaw district of Rembertów.

Rembertów is characterized by low buildings and numerous green areas – at the forefront with the Olszynka Grochowska Nature Reserve and the Rembertów Forest. The area invites to spending time outdoors.

Description of the estate

There will be 61 contemporary two-story terraced buildings constructed on the estate at Szeroka 140 Street. The project calls for close focus on the small print. The size of the homes ranges from 140 to 215 m2, including the garage. Each segment’s terrace and garden will offer the required space for rest and relaxation.

The investment is anticipated to be finished in the fourth quarter of 2023.

 

The comfort of the residents

The façades of the segments will be covered with a plaster patterned on marble. Visually, they will be enriched with wood-like cladding made of HPL laminates. The garage has an outlet for charging electric cars. Houses equipped with heat pumps and underfloor heating will allow for comfortable use

It is possible to install a fireplace in each house. Roof prepared for easy installation of photovoltaic panels. For the convenience of the residents, a playground will be built in the estate.
