The Słoneczne Skorosze (Sunny Skorosze) Estate is located at the corner of ul. Skoroszewska and ul. Tomcia Palucha in Ursus. There are five multifamily residential buildings (from 4 to 7 storey). The Ursus district
Nowadays Ursus is one of the smallest districts of Warsaw; it is 9 square kilometers. It is located on the west of the capital city, 9 km from the city centre. It adjoins the Varsovian districts: Włochy and Bemowo and the suburban communes: Ożarów Mazowiecki, Piastów and Michałowice. Ursus lies at the crossroads of international motorways and railways so it is favourably located.
